Andre Rocha, VP Sales and Marketing Global
Andre is the third generation of Champion Animal Health. His grandfather founded this company back in Brazil where they have been improving the cattle industry for over 50 years. He was the first in the world to use diflubenzuron as fly control in the cattle industry. Andre studied marketing in college in Brazil to best prepare himself to take the company global. Now with product in over 5 countries, Andre and his family reside in Florida where he can best guide Champion USA to being a leader in the U.S. animal health industry. Manuel Vela, VP Business Development North America

Manuel brings to the team over 20 years of experience in the feedthrough fly control industry. He holds a degree from Texas A& M University and has always had an aptitude to create new things and solve problems. He has pioneered many new products in the animal pharmaceutical and antibiotic industry. His background in immunology and nutrition paired with many years in the feed industry make him well-equipped to further our product lines. Manuel has traveled extensively in North and South America speaking and teaching about external parasites in cattle. "quote" Champion is fortunate to have a creative mind like Manuel on our team. Bret Christensen, National Key Account Manager

Bret grew up in Ely, Nevada. After attending University of Nevada, Reno, Bret completed his Master’s degree at New Mexico State University. He has over twenty years of experience in theΒ supplier sales industry. During that time, he has held different titles. Ranging from Account Manager, Territory Sales Manager, up to his current position as National Key Accounts managerfor Champion. His unique experiences have provided him the opportunity to work in global training and sales. In regard to working for Champion, Bret says, β€œIt is exciting to be involved with introducing a new idea to the U. S. market." Bret's love for this industry and his years of experience paired with his ability to set and reach new goals, make Bret such a valued member of the Champion team.

Tonni O’Brien, Marketing Director

Tonni and her family reside on a ranch in south Texas. Following graduation from Texas A&M, Tonni has been involved in several aspects of agriculture marketing. She has worked previously as a marketing director for a software business, then freelance marketing for numerous years. Putting marketing and agriculture together is where she truly excels through her expertise and passion for the industry.Β  β€œI love that Champion brings fresh ideas to the cattle industry. With their background, they know cattle. And they know how to make the industry better, easier and more profitable.” We are truly privileged to have Tonni as a part of our Champion team.Β  She ensures we are always well represented and keeps our product line running efficiently and effectively.

Joe Ballard, Central United States

Joe grew up on a small cow/calf, stocker operation in Texas. Upon graduation from Texas A&M, he worked in Agriculture Finance. In following years, he worked in the Dairy Industry and related fields. Throughout his life he has operated a small registered and commercial angus herd. He enjoys production agriculture and has built and maintained quality relationships within the cattle industry. Joe says, β€œWorking for Champion allows me to be involved with cattle production and offer quality products that benefit cow comfort and sound animal health.” Champion Animal Health is fortunate to have Joe's easy going personality on the team. That combined with his extensive knowledge and experience in the cattle industry, allows him to make a positive impact in the farms and ranches he visits.

Hunter Allen, Southwestern United States

Hunter was raised in Northern California and graduated from Chico State. She has worked in multiple facets of the agriculture industry, including swine production and management, alfalfa farming, dairy herd management, and animal nutrition. Her passion revolves around production agriculture and the impact it has on society. β€œI have a great respect for the industry that feeds our nation, perhaps even greater because my parents do not have an ag background. Working for Champion has provided me the opportunity to work alongside producers and see our product benefit their herd quality.” Hunter brings a fresh perspective to Champion with her diverse background and positive energy.
